User management provides a way for administrators to manage vendor user accounts within SAP Business One.

Configuration settings are applied at the beginning of an implementation, however they may be changed afterword. See Vendor Portal Web Configuration Options for descriptions and common usage.

Field Description
Company Logo (1) This logo may be updated as needed.
Menu (2) Use the menu to pin menu Favorites for quick access to commonly used reports. Access available reports and menu links via the main menu.
Breadcrumb trail (3) When accessing features within Vendor Portal, a breadcrumb trail is displayed, allowing vendors to easily navigate to recently viewed features.
Report View Settings (4) When viewing reports, configured vendor users may view advanced report settings such as Report View Layouts and Exporting to Excel.
