For manual uninstallations, the recommended process is to uninstall any relevant Windows Services first, followed by websites, as the process for uninstalling the websites will remove some files used by the Services. InterConnect Manager Add-On for SAP Business One may be uninstalled at any point.
Uninstall Windows services for the Portals
This applies to Expense User Service for Employee Portal and Workflow Service for Workflow Portal. Before beginning uninstallation, be sure to back up the service folder. This will back up configuration settings in case a restoration is needed.

The default install location for Expense User Service is the Employee Portal website’s /service/ folder: C:/Program Files (x86)/zedIT/zed Employee Portal/service/.
The default install loaction for the Workflow Service is the Workflow Portal website’s /service/ folder: C:/Program Files (x86)/zedIT/zed Workflow/service/.
Uninstall Portal websites
To manually uninstall a Portal or web component:
- In IIS, note the Application Pool for the website’s Sites entry. Remove the website from the list of Sites.
- In IIS, remove the Application Pool for the website. Note that this step is not needed if further websites are actively using the Application Pool.
- Make a backup of the installed web files (default locations are listed in the table below). This will allow you to restore the website if you need it again.
- Delete the web files.

Uninstall InterConnect Manager Add-On for SAP Business One
InterConnect Manager Add-On may be uninstalled in B1, in a similar process to how it was installed. InterConnect Manager Add-On may be installed in the 32-bit client, 64-bit client, or both. Follow this process for each client version that has the add-on.
- In SAP Business One, open the Add-On Administration screen. To do this, go to Administration > Add-Ons > Add-On Administration.
- Select InterConnect Manager AddOn from the Company-Assigned Add-Ons list and move it to the Available Add-Ons list.
- Select InterConnect Manager AddOn from the Available Add-Ons list and press the Remove Add-On button. Want a moment for an installer dialogue to appear.
- Press Next/Finish to uninstall the add-on.
- Restart SAP Business One.
